"The idea behind this record is twofold; one, to inspire people to express themselves, and resist the crush of idle uncreativity. The other is to offer examples, to introduce on a bare level, people who have had a strong impact upon us. People, who through living their lives by their own rules, have confronted and realistically changed humanity. Not just with words, but by very existence these people have caused a disruption in the pattern of everyday life, have stood in front of seemingly insurmountable repression, and have acted freely, undaunted by external forces. Our hope is that we can learn a lesson from the lives of others. We honor these people through recognition of their lives, and present a history that has loosened the noose of dependency and ultimately, set out as an example of liberation from mechanization."

Este disco es un pedido que me hicieron la otra noche, y me hizo tanta ilusión que quería subir los dos discos suyos que tengo, pero mi tocadiscos sigue sin leer los vinilos de 45 revoluciones así que se queda en éste por ahora, el primero que grabaron y quizá el que más me gusta (o al menos tiene la canción suya que más me gusta: Humanity), algo es algo. La verdad es que hacía un tiempo que no lo escuchaba y he flipado: la voz, la batería, la crudeza y la pasión. Por algo me llamó tanto la atención hace unos años: os lo regalo ahora para que flipéis también vosotros. Vivan los pedidos: me encanta poder satisfacer vuestra curiosidad, y redescubrir lo cubierto.

Dos palabras gravadas a mano en la cara B del vinilo: "Manumize time". Manumitid el tiempo.

Sacado por Ebullition en 1992. Otro de esos discos de este sello inspirador que llevan dentro un pequeño regalo: un libreto plegado con un  precioso texto personal de Kent. "Does everything always have to have  meaning?" se pregunta en una de sus páginas.
